1. Scope

These Terms govern the purchase of goods on trendforu.store, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Ryzhenko Olha Vadymivna (RNOKPP 2502018368, Ukraine) under the TRENDFORU brand. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Products & Prices

Prices are shown in EUR, VAT included where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the final price. Product images are illustrative and colors may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Order Process

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. stock errors, suspected fraud) with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via WayForPay. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Card data is handled exclusively by WayForPay — we do not see or store it.

5. Shipping

Delivery terms and costs are described on the Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you on handover to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement (email to [email protected]) before the 14 days expire. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Refund: we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving the goods back. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions: underwear, swimwear and sealed items unsealed after delivery, items marked as final sale, custom-made items.

7. Warranty

Legal conformity warranty applies under EU Directive 2019/771 — 2 years for consumers. Contact us for defective goods; we will repair, replace, or refund.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, texts, logos, design) is the property of TRENDFORU or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence apply. For online disputes, the EU ODR platform is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
